3. Players from certain countries, including but not limited to Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Bulgaria, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Syria, Turkmenistan, and Virgin Islands, are prohibited from opening accounts. Violators will have accounts closed and winnings voided.
4. When registering, players must provide accurate and truthful information. If the casino determines any information is false, it may suspend the account and associated funds until verification is completed to the casino’s satisfaction.
5. The casino reserves the right to deny membership or suspend an existing player’s account at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
6. By wagering at the casino, players acknowledge the voluntary nature of gambling and accept the risk of financial loss. DaVinci's Gold is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from a player’s use of the casino.
7. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the casino charging processing fees.
8. The use of automated decision-making tools, such as bots or scripts, is strictly prohibited. Violators may face account bans, forfeiture of winnings, exclusion from promotions, and reporting to industry databases of restricted players.
9. By playing any game, players confirm they understand the game’s rules, which are accessible via the casino’s “help” feature.
10. Deposits made via debit or credit cards may incur third-party fees from the player’s card issuer or payment networks, which are outside the casino’s control. Foreign transaction fees, typically 6-8% of the transaction amount, may apply.
11. The casino may request a Security Verification Form at any time. Failure to submit the form and required identification within 30 days may lead to account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds, at the casino’s discretion.
12. For Bitcoin (BTC) deposits, players are responsible for transferring funds to the correct wallet address provided by the cashier. Deposits must be initiated through the cashier for automatic crediting. The casino does not accept or credit deposits made with other cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin Cash (BCH).

ACCOUNTS & PASSWORDS

1. Only one account per person, household, IP address, email address, or device is permitted at DaVinci's Gold. Multiple accounts may result in closure and forfeiture of winnings.
2. Players from certain regions may face additional wagering requirements for promotions due to a history of promotional abuse. These are detailed in the casino’s promotion terms.
3. Players must keep their account credentials confidential. Sharing account access with third parties violates this agreement, and players are solely responsible for any resulting losses or damages.
4. By providing an email address during registration, players consent to receiving occasional promotional emails. To opt out, players may contact support.
5. By providing a postal address, players agree to receive occasional physical mail from the casino. To unsubscribe, players may contact support.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The casino may impose restrictions on accounts from shared computer environments at its discretion.

1. DaVinci's Gold ensures fair gameplay through a third-party audited Random Number Generator (RNG) for all games.
2. The casino may adjust a player’s account balance to settle any debts owed to the casino.
3. Players agree to pay all amounts owed to the casino without attempting to dispute, chargeback, or cancel payments.
4. For withdrawals or deposits via E-Wallets (e.g., MoneyBookers, Neteller, EcoCard), the casino may request additional transaction records.
5. Any illegal activity by a player will result in immediate account termination, with the casino reserving the right to notify authorities and other casinos.
6. The casino may modify services, including temporarily suspending customer or technical support, at any time.
7. In case of technical failures, all active bets may be voided, and the casino is not liable for losses or issues arising from such failures.
8. If a player does not log in or place a bet for 90 days or more, the casino may forfeit the account balance. Requests to withdraw funds after this period will be reviewed case-by-case, subject to the 90-day rule.

PROMOTIONS AND BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Bonuses, including free and deposit bonuses, are for gameplay only and cannot be withdrawn. Bonus amounts are deducted from withdrawals.
2. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable and are removed from winnings during the withdrawal process. Cashback bonuses are also non-withdrawable and may be deducted from pending withdrawals.
3. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses require wagering before withdrawals are permitted.
4. Cashback promotions have a 1X wagering requirement and a maximum withdrawal limit of 10X the cashback amount. This applies to cashback from gifts, comps, or free chips.
5. Cashback from tournaments, raffles, or special promotions (e.g., bonuses of 200% or more, cashback of 75% or more) has a 1X wagering requirement and a 2X maximum withdrawal limit. Players with pending withdrawals or balances over 100 $/€/£ are ineligible for tournament prizes or cashback.

5.1. Special Bonus: Bonuses of 200% or more and cashback of 100% or more are considered special bonuses.

1. Players must review the terms, wagering requirements, and restrictions of any bonus they accept.
2. To decline a bonus, players must notify support before wagering. If a wager is placed, the bonus must be played through until the wagering requirement is met or the balance is zero. Unwagered bonuses can be removed upon request.
3. Free bonuses (e.g., comps, free chips) have wagering requirements of 20X to 60X and a maximum withdrawal limit of 50 Credits (50 $/€/£/AUD, 500 ZAR). Excess balances are non-withdrawable. Players may withdraw free bonus winnings only once per gaming lifetime, unless approved by the casino manager.
4. Players withdrawing free chip winnings without a prior deposit must make a minimum deposit of 15 $/€/£/AUD or 150 ZAR, which cannot be withdrawn or combined with pending withdrawals. For players with prior deposits, a deposit within the last 30 days is required for free chip withdrawal approval.
5. Promotions are valid only for the duration specified in the casino’s promotional materials.
6. Bonuses of 200% or greater are subject to a maximum cashout of 10X the deposit amount.
7. Free bonus players (those without deposits) may withdraw winnings from their first three free bonuses within 30 days of registration. After this period or three bonuses, free bonus winnings are non-withdrawable.
8. Upon meeting wagering requirements, the casino may adjust balances to the maximum withdrawal limit and clear excess funds. Ineligible withdrawals may have winnings and balances cleared.

WITHDRAWAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Deposits of 249 USD/EUR/GBP/AUD or less have a maximum withdrawal limit of 10X the deposit per session. The casino enforces this rule upon withdrawal approval, clearing non-withdrawable funds, including deposit bonuses.
2. Withdrawal requests may take up to 12 business days to process, pending authorization from the Fraud department.
3. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn and are deducted from winnings during withdrawal processing.
4. Withdrawals incur transfer fees of 10-40 $/€/£, depending on location and payment processor, which are the player’s responsibility.

7. The casino may refuse or withhold winnings if a deposit is cancelled, returned, or denied by a payment processor.
8. Wagering on restricted games with a bonus voids withdrawals and winnings. Players must verify game restrictions before playing with bonuses.

9.1. Unless stated otherwise, withdrawals are capped at 10,000 credits per month and 1,500 credits per request. Higher amounts are paid in installments. Progressive jackpots are exempt. Players may request additional withdrawals after the first is approved.

9.2. The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 €/$/£/AUD or 500 ZAR.

1. Deposits must be wagered at least 1X before withdrawals are eligible. Promotion deposits are subject to specific terms.
2. Deposited funds and winnings are held for gaming and fee settlement purposes. Credit card deposit fees range from 3% to 6.5%.
3. Players inactive for 30 days or more are considered free bonus players and cannot withdraw free bonus winnings. Only active players qualify.
4. Combining free-play and real-play balances is prohibited. Deposits made over free chip balances are treated as free play, subject to free play rules.

PRIZES & WINNINGS

1. Verified accounts may withdraw up to 1,000 €/$/£/AUD (10,000 ZAR) weekly. Unverified accounts are limited to 500 €/$/£/AUD (5,000 ZAR). VIP players may withdraw up to 10,000 €/$/£/AUD (100,000 ZAR) every 14 days, at management’s discretion.
2. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 12 business days, subject to processor availability. High withdrawal volumes may reduce weekly limits to 500 €/$/£/AUD temporarily. Subsequent withdrawals are queued after the first is paid.
3. The casino may request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts under fraud investigation may be suspended, with winnings frozen until resolved. Credit/debit card deposit winnings may be held for up to 12 months if fraud is suspected.
4. Withdrawals over 30 days old may be reversed if verification documents are missing.
5. Players with significant wins agree to participate in promotional events arranged by the casino, with privacy respected.
6. The casino may use a player’s first name and surname initial (e.g., John S.) in announcements of wins. Winnings from technical malfunctions are voided, with deposits refunded.
7. Winnings are denied if a player is identified as a bonus abuser, uses low-risk strategies, employs betting systems (e.g., Martingale), or is blacklisted in the casino’s security database.
8. Only UK residents may select GBP as their currency, with winnings paid in GBP to UK residents only.
9. Winnings are voided if linked to accounts with chargebacks or unauthorized refunds within the casino’s security network.
10. Credit card withdrawals require security documentation and may involve a 7-day processing delay.
11. US, Australian, and UK players may withdraw via Bitcoin only.
12. For Bitcoin withdrawals, players must provide their BTC wallet address in the cashier. The casino is not liable for payments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the player.

REFUND POLICY

8. Suspected fraudulent activity triggers thorough investigations, with findings shared with business partners and financial institutions.

12. Public complaints or disputes against the casino.

17. Underage gambling.
18. Allowing others to use your account.
19. Professional or syndicated play.
20. Chargebacks or threats thereof.
21. Cheating or irregular betting patterns.
22. Connections to casino employees or affiliates.

24. Violations at other casinos may prompt action by DaVinci's Gold.
25. By accepting winnings, players consent to the use of their username, country, or first name in promotional materials without compensation.
26. Cryptocurrency deposits reversed or voided after confirmation are considered fraudulent, voiding all related withdrawals.

REFER-A-FRIEND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The refer-a-friend program is subject to these general terms. By participating, both the referring and referred parties agree to the program’s terms, with the referred party consenting to their data being provided and receiving a signup email from the casino.
2. Players sharing the same computer or IP address cannot participate in the program. Referred players must be new to DaVinci's Gold and use a unique email address.
3. The referring player must provide the referred party’s name, surname, and email address. Bonuses are awarded only after verification by the casino.
4. The referred party must deposit at least 25 $/€/£ into a real money account to qualify for the bonus, which is credited to both parties within 48 hours of the deposit.
